[Meal management] Accepting orders from the menu

[ Overview ]

By creating a menu that can be used in restaurants and bar lounges, users can order by themselves from their smartphones and tablets. The staff can also enter orders using her UI, which is the same as the user .

All orders are linked in real time to the kitchen view, so you can easily manage everything from ordering to serving.

Users can view the menus and place orders from their own smartphones. The order information is reflected in the kitchen view on the PMS side, making it possible to easily manage cooking and serving in the kitchen. 


There are two ways to display the menu.

Hotel guest users can view and order menus from the main menu used for pre-check-in.

  • Ordering from the menu (tablet)

By placing the AirHost ONE tablet on the table, users can also order from the tablet. 


Press and hold the " Airhost.co " part at the bottom of the screen to open the tablet administration page. 


All orders are linked in real time to the kitchen view.
