AirHost ONE provides comprehensive functions to provide a completely new accommodation experience by making full use of QR code / smartphone / tablet . All functions are integrated into the main menu and customised for each guest. 


The automatic message provided by AirHost ONE can automatically deliver a message to all reservations including OTA reservations, so when the reservation is confirmed, a dedicated URL will be sent to all guests and it will connecting them to the main menu with a single click. Traditional facility information and emails are difficult to read, but sending them in conjunction with with the "pre-check-in" information, the click rate will increase dramatically.

In addition, automatic messages can be sent multiple times, so that you can be approached at the right time according to the scene of your travel plans, for example, one week before check-in for "spa reservations" or three days before check-in for "early check-in and luggage storage service".


Guests can use AirHost ONE to order room service and restaurant meals during their stay from the same main menu before and during the journey, from pre-check-in and meal times to booking additional services, rental services, etc. It can be completed and can maintain a high service level while promoting non-face-to-face and non-contact.  In addition, all functions are also available on tablet, so it is possible to provide services on a larger screen by arranging them in hotel shops, restaurants, guest rooms, etc.
