[ overview ]

This section explains how to set automatic messages.

Automatic messages can be set up in two stages: automatic message content common to all properties and individual messages for each property. Firstly, you can set the shared settings first, and then the individual settings.

  • Common setting

Set the content of the automatic messages (common) for all properties.

Open Management Console-> Automatic Messages (Common).

There are 11 types of automatic message frames, so select [Edit] for the automatic message you want to send and edit the content .

You can set the transmission timing and transmission exclusion OTAs.

Messages from 0 days before check-in can be set if you only want to send the message after payment.

You can edit the message content for each language.

  • Tag setting

This function allows insertion of booking information and other information according to content.

  • Individual Property Setting

When an 'Additional memo' tag is inserted in the common settings, the 'Additional memo' can be edited for each property. The message content set individually when sending an automatic message is inserted in the "Additional memo" tag.

Open [Property List]-> [ Applicable Properties ]-> [Automatic Message].

You can also activate automatic messages by enabling the messages you have enabled in the common settings that you want to send for that individual property.
