This section describes the functions that can be set in the [ Admin Console ] -> [ Property List ] -> [ Check-in Management ].
This menu allows you to customise the display content of the ONE Stay app (web, app and tablet versions) used by guests and mainly the operation at check-in and check-out.
It consists of four submenus, "Common Settings", "Pre-Check-in Flow", "Check-in Flow", and "Check-out Flow" which allow settings around check-in and check-out, such as information to be captured in the guest list, whether payment is carried out or not, and enabling self check-in.

Common setting
On the "Common Settings" page, you can configure settings common to check-in and check-out.
[Property Setting]
Upload the "Hotel Photo" to be displayed on booking detail page or hotel top page for (tablet, web) and the "Terms of Service" to be displayed at the start of check-in.
[Payment Collection Account]
Specify the payment account to be used when implementing credit card payments from a smartphone or tablet for guests at check-in and check-out. (*Setting is not required if payment is carried out using a payment machine or a payment terminal at the front desk.)
[Guest Information Form]
Set the guest information to be collected at the time of pre check-in and check-in. Set "Domestic Resident" and "Foreign Resident" respectively. Do each item require input? Do you enter only the representative? It can be specified from "Required", "Option", and "Main guest only".
In addition to the predefined fields, custom fields can be added according to requirements.
[Security Deposit Account]
Setting the security amount for the property or for each room type
-Unit: Common to all room types / Room type
-Price: Per stay / per night
[Custom menu]
Customize the menu displayed in the "ONE Stay app".
URLs, PDF files, POS menus, etc. can be linked to the displayed menu. In addition, you can specify whether each menu is displayed on the web version, application version, or tablet version, as well as the display period.
[Promotion banner]
You can set up promotional banners to be displayed on the "ONE Stay App" to promote recommended products, services or events you want to draw attention to, etc. to guests.
[ Message ]
Enables or disables the message menu in the 'ONE Stay app'. If enabled, the message menu appears in the 'ONE Stay app' and messages from guests can be viewed and replied in the 'Message' menu on the dashboard.
[Display setting on "Hotel Services" menu]
Specify whether to display the "Hotel Services" menu that displays all POS services in the "ONE Stay app". By displaying the POS service using a custom menu, disable the "Hotel Services" menu if you do not need it.
[Facial Recognition]
Specifies whether to enable AI facial recognition at check-in .
AI facial recognition can compare passport photos with photos of guests taken at the establishment.
Pre Check-in Flow
On the 'Pre-check-in flow' page, you can set the items to be carried out during pre check-in. The guest and payment information collected during pre-check-in will be reflected in the reservation information on the PMS side.
[Fill in guest information]
Sets whether guests are required to enter their guest details during pre check-in.
[Settle Room Balance]
Sets whether you will be charged for unpaid room charges upon pre-check-in. You can also set whether or not to keep the security deposit.
[Show Instruction]
Sets the information to be displayed to guests who have completed pre-check-in. You can use this information to inform guests about additional purchases or check-in information.
Check-in flow
On the 'Check-in flow' page, you can configure what is to be performed during check-in at the accommodation. The guest and payment information collected during check-in is reflected in the booking information on the PMS side. The check-in status is also reflected in the PMS when the check-in is completed.
[Can Checkin?]
Set whether check-in operations are permitted using the "ONE Stay app" and whether check-in is permitted using the web, app or tablet version.
[Fill in Guest Information]
Sets what are the guests information are required to enter during check-in
[Settle Room Balance]
Set whether to charge unpaid accommodation charges upon check-in. You can also set whether or not to keep a security deposit.
[Verify Location]
If you use the guest's smartphone to allow check-in, you can enable this feature and use GPS or Wi-Fi connection (app version only) to confirm arrival at the facility.
If you allow guests to check in using their smartphone, you can enable this function and use GPS or Wi-Fi connection (app version only) to confirm arrival at the property.
- Using GPS
Set the distance (in metres) from the property address (set in the property details) to allow arrival verification. - Confirmation via WiFi connection [*only for smartphone app]
If GPS is not available, you can authenticate local arrival via WiFi connection.
Set the target WiFi network name and password.
[Additional Verification at Check-in]
Set the items required for identity verification at check-in , such as a photo of the person. You can also add additional verification items such as temperature checks
[Room information]
Set whether to display the room number when check-in is completed. You can also set to display the key information in case the room linked with IoT lock.
[Show Instruction]
Set the information to be displayed to guests who have completed check-in. This can be used to display a welcome message or to inform guests that they can collect their card key at the front desk.
Checkout flow
On the Checkout Flow page, set what to do at checkout. The check-out information and checkout status will be reflected on the PMS side.
[Can Checkout?]
Set whether check-out operations are allowed using the "ONE Stay App? and whether check-out is allowed using the web, app or tablet version.
[Settle Room Balance]
Set whether to charge unpaid accommodation at check-out.
[Show Instruction]
Set the information to be displayed to guests who have completed check-out. This can be used to display a thank-you message or to inform guests if they need to return their card key to the front desk.
