This section describes how to create a product .
There are 4 types in total (physical product, reservation facility, rental, product package) , and the product to be sold is registered as a product master and linked to the respective service. For more information on how to link products to services, please refer to the manual 'POS Setup: services'.

Product | Description | Example |
Physical Products | Physical products available for free and for a fee | Convenience shop products, restaurant menu, room service menu |
Reservation Facility | Products that specify the usage time, can be provided free of charge or for a fee | Time reservations for gyms, pool, restaurants, activities, hourly rental bicycles, etc. |
Rental Items | Physical products to be rented on a date-by-date basis, available for free or for a fee | Ski, baby cots, irons, humidifiers, etc. |

Physical Products
Start listed the products by clicking on [ +Add new physical product ] in the top right corner of the screen.
1) STEP1: Enter the basic information
[Required registration]
Enter the product name (for management).
The product name and description will be displayed on the guest page.
Since the default setting is English only, use [ + tab] to register Japanese and other languages (Chinese / Korean) if necessary.
Add the product image displayed on the guest purchase page.
[Optional registration]
It is also possible to display additional information, PDF attachments, and product images to guests as a unit of the number of products to be displayed in the unit name and supplementary explanations.

2) STEP2: Enter the pricing and cost.
* If you want to provide the service for free, register all for SGD0
* Register the amount for cost control.
3) STEP3: Manage Variation and Stocks
If you do not need to manage variation and stocks, uncheck "Manage variation options (types)" and "Manage Stock" and press Save.
To manage inventory and types, check "Manage variable options (types)" and "Manage inventory" to ON.
After defining the type, set the stock quantity and amount, and finally click Save.
Reservation Facility
Start listed the reservation facility from [+ Add new reservation facility] at the top right of the screen.
1) STEP1: Enter the basic information.
[Required registration]
Internal name, product name, description & ingredients will be displayed on the guest page.
Since the default setting is English only, use [ + tab] to register Japanese and other languages (Chinese / Korean) if necessary.
Add the product image displayed on the guest reservation page.
[Optional registration]
As a supplementary explanation, it is also possible to display additional information, PDF attachments, location, and inquiry number to the guest.

2. STEP2: Enter the pricing and cost
* If you want to provide the service for free, register all for SGD0
* If you want to control the cost, register it individually. If you don't need it, register it at the same price as the regular price.
3) STEP3: Register each time frame and variation (stock)
1. Select [ + Batch Add ] at the top right of the screen
2. Select [Weekly Date] to add all at once
3. Register the time frame [start from] to [end to] you want to register (* time + AM / PM selection => decide)
4. Select Duration [Repeat interval (minutes)] from 30, 60, 90, 120, 180
5. Register [Stock] for each time zone => [Add] to register all at once
6. The time frame added to the batch is displayed in a list. Turn on the switch for the days of the week that can be reserved.
4) STEP4: Update the order restriction
・ Maximum Quantity Per Order: Guests are not allowed to add more than configured count of this product in one order. For guests with the hotel reservation, this restriction can be ignored by “Can not exceed the number of guests”.
・ Maximum orders per day : Guests are not allowed to place more than configured count of orders.
・ Minimum days in advance: If Assuming if the minimum days is set 2 days, the guest wants to make a reservation for May 12, the order can be placed no later than May 10.
・ Available on the day of check-in: Guests are allow to make reservation from the day of check-in
・ Available on the day of check-out : Guests are allow to make reservation from the day of check-in till the day of check- out
・ Cannot exceed the number of guest: Quantity Per Order can not exceed the number of guests. This restriction will ignore the the general restriction "Maximum Quantity Per Order"
Rental Item
Click on [+Add New Rental Item] at the upper right corner of the screen to start adding of the rental items.
1) STEP1: Enter the basic information.
[Required registration]

2. STEP2: Enter the pricing and cost

* If you want to control the cost, register it individually. If you don't need it, register it at the same price as the regular price.

4) STEP4: Update the order restriction
・ Order date: You can make a reservation on the day of check-in / check-out-
・ Available on the day of check-in: Guests are allow to make reservation from the day of check-in
・ Available on the day of check-out : Guests are allow to make reservation from the day of check-in till the day of check- out
・ Maximum number of orders per reservation per day : Set the maximum number of orders for each reservation.
