Creating a rate plan

Please note:

By default, the system automatically creates a standard rate plan.

Usually, homestay accommodation facilities have only one fee type and there is no need to add more. During peak seasons such as Golden Week or New Year, adjustments can be made through the price calendar of the same rate plan.

If you want to decide on fees based on other rate plans (e.g., packages with or without breakfast), you can choose to "Connect to other rate plans" and set the difference when creating additional price types.

Steps to create a rate plan:

Select the property you have completed creating via Admin Console → Property List.

Click Add New Rate Plan to create a new rate plan.

You can create a new rate plan or duplication on existing rate plan.

• Create as a new rate plan: Generate a brand new rate plan

• Duplication on existing rate plan: Duplicate an existing rate plan

After completing the rate plan information, click Next Step to finish creating.

After the rate plan is created, it will be displayed in the rate plan list.
