How to set up EVA for a property?

[ Prerequisites ]

1. The property has already enrolled in the EVA programme and has received API Credentials in the Production Environment from the governing authority (STB).

2. The property address must be located within Singapore on AirHost.

3. Please add the necessary required fields to the check-in guest form for foreigner. Below is the list of mandatory fields.

a. First Name

b. Last Name

c. Nationality

d. Passport No

e. Gender

f. Birthday

g. Copy of Your Passport

4. Checkin Setting → Checkin Flow → Additional Verification at Checkin must be enabled and Facial Recognition under it must be enabled as well. For the Additional Verification Form, the predefined fields Selfie at Property must be enabled.

[ Steps ]

1. Log in and access to https://pms-stage.airhost.co/sign_in? , select the property you want to set up.

2. On the property detail page, click the Checkin Settings and Common Settings in the sidebar.

3. Toggle EVA Account Settings and click the pen icon in the top-right corner to edit.

4. Input API Credentials in Production Env and Hotel Code, then click the save button.
