This article will teach you how to create a new New Owner Account for management.
This section outlines the steps to create a Owner Account by clicking on [Admin Console
] → [CRM
] → [Property Owners
] button.
Please notice to Allow the owner to log in to the system and Connect the created Property Owner user to the Owner Account.
[ Steps to Add New Property Owner Account ]
Go to [Admin Console
] → [CRM
] → [Property Owners
].
1. Click on Add New Property button.
2. Fill in the necessary details for the Property Owner, such as name, email address, and contact information.
3. After click the SAVE button, the property owner account will be created.
** To grant access to the system for property owners, you need to create a Property Owner user account and associate it with the respective property owner account. This allows property owners to log in and access specific features and information related to their properties.
Allow the owner to log in to the system
- Navigate to the
User Management
section in theAdmin Console
. - Click on the
Invite New User
button to begin creating a new user.
3. Fill in the user E-mail address and select “Property Owner” in Policy Group.
4. Once you click the Invite "button, system will initiate the process of sending a confirmation email to the new user. This email contains guidelines and instructions for completing the registration process.
**Once the connection is established, logging in to AirHost as a Property Owner user grants access to view the owner statement and contract.
