This article will show you how to Add Owner Contract.
This section outlines the steps to add an Owner Contract.
Account by clicking on [Admin Console
] → [Accounting
] → [Contracts
] button.
[Steps to Add Owner Contract]
- Navigate to the
Contracts
section in theAdmin Console
->Accounting
. - Click on the
Add New Owner Contract
button and fill in the information for the Owner Contract.
- If there is an initial deposit, set it to "Initial Balance".
- Set the commission rate and the property to be operated on your behalf.
- Owner statements will be generated automatically each month on the date set.
3. After click the SAVE button, the contract will be created.
