[Check-in settings] Promotion Banners

This section describes the functions that can be set in [ Admin Console ] → [ Property List ] → [ Check-in Settings] → [ Common Settings ] → [ Promotion Banners ].

You can display a banner of "POS service" or "custom menu" that you want to pay particular attention to. For example , you can promote specific services such as "anniversary surprise", "tour reservation" and "room upgrade" before traveling .

• Banner editing

Open [Admin Console] → [Property List] → [Check-in Settings] → [ Promotion Banner].

It can be used for various purposes, such as mealtime reservations and event announcements, as well as upsell-related to any activities.

• Link type setting

     Select the link type from "POS Settings" or "Customise Menu".

• Link item settings

    Select the item you want to promote from the list and set the link item.

• Image upload

    Upload the banner photo to be displayed on the main menu.

** Image must be .png and .jpg/.jpeg, less than 2MB, suggested size: 1170*428px

• Select display device

  Enable the checkmark for the device you want to display.

• Display period setting

  Specify a date range if you want the display to be limited to a certain period of time.
